Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!

Tim was an absolute awesome agent to work with. From introduction to closing, Tim was always very attentive to our needs and all the mundane questions we had over the three months that he worked with us. He provided valuable feedback as to what the current market trends were and how much other houses were selling for.
