When it's time to make an offer, he'll do everything for you but sign your name. Basically, if you just need a no-BS agent to help lubricate the PITA process that is buying a house, Dan is great. No slick car-salesman tactics. Just shows you a house, answers your questions and does the paperwork. 5/5.
