I’m writing this review to recommend Ms. Jennifer Coey, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Coey has helped me buy and sell several houses, including purchasing a house that had been foreclosed on and selling a long-time rental and an estate property. In each case, Ms. Coey used her years of experience to recommend a course of action to navigate the legal issues, decide on and facilitate any updates needed, and determine appropriate purchase and sales prices. Jennifer stood out with the extra effort and time she spent to efficiently and cost-effectively handle every issue. Her exceptional professionalism helped each transaction proceed smoothly and successfully. I’ve recommended Ms. Coey to friends and family, all of whom have been very pleased with her efforts to help them buy and sell homes. 

Condo unit identical to ours took 6 months to sell for under listing price, so we were really anxious to list. We couldn't afford to wait or list for less as we were relocating out of state and needed money for down payment. We researched online extensively to find the best realtor in our area. Jazzy always came up a the top choice. I approached it skeptically but she was extremely friendly and genuine when we met. She was very supportive and advised us not to compromise on our goals. She suggested minimal cosmetic repairs (front door) and had our condo listed with professionally taken photos (free of charge!) the same week. We were preparing for months of showings and open house, but Jazzy found us a cash buyer by the third showing! We closed so fast, our family couldn't even move out by the agreed date (a big no-no contract-wise), but Jazzy told us not to focus on our move and not to worry about anything and amazingly took care of everything! I know she was working on several other houses at the same time, but I never had to wait more than literally a minute for any text message response and she picked up the phone when I called her any time of day (sorry, I'm worrier)!
