Though the sale process took longer than I had hoped, it was clear that was not because of lack of effort. Kate communicated with me frequently about the status of my listing, and she took the initiative to offer ideas and suggestions for how to better market my listing. One I had an offer in hand, Kate effectively and successfully negotiated the terms of a counter-offer and subsequent inspection issues with the buyer's agent.
