Vanessa is an absolute rockstar! We needed to sell a distressed property that was in rough condition and had active city notices against it. Vanessa didn’t blink an eye. She stepped right in, jumped into action, and found us an investor incredibly fast. Throughout the entire process, she was highly responsive, reliable, and completely professional. She handled the communication with the title company seamlessly and made sure we knew exactly where we stood every single step of the way. She made a highly stressful situation feel completely manageable. Vanessa is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house in the Columbus metro area!

Vanessa's experience made a difference in winning the bid on this property. Also once over, Vanessa pointed out errors in the listing agents paperwork. Thank you Vanessa!

Vanessa Sutton was always available to me when I had questions/concerns about the finding another home

Jeff is so knowledgeable and experienced. He gave us great advice and found us the perfect house in German Village before it even hit the market. Jeff’s connections and knowledge are invaluable, particularly if you are selling or buying in German Village.

I haven't bought a home in decades. And, this transaction was particularly personal. Jeff guided me through every step. He was smart, patient and always had time to answer every one of my questions. When it comes to German Village, there is simply no one who knows the market better. I am grateful to have had the very best agent at my side for this entire process.

Jeff and his associates were absolutely the best! Jeff did a great job of identifying potential properties to see, fully understanding out needs and timeline. He and his associates kept me informed and were responsive to all my questions once we settled on a property to make an offer on. He guided us through the offer to contract to closing very successfully with great advice that resulted in the best possible result. Many thanks to Jeff and his staff!
