We couldn’t have been happier with Tonda! She helped us update and refresh my mothers’ ranch home and knew exactly what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. She was hands-on, easy to work with, and truly cared about getting the best outcome for our family. All of her hard work paid off—the house looked great and sold above asking! We’re so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her! This is my 2nd sold home with her and my Realtor for life.

Tonda helped us understand the market in order to make the best decision for our situation. She fully understood and looked out for what we needed and wanted. She negotiated strongly on our behalf and got us a great deal! Her attention to detail while looking at houses really helped us evaluate each place on a much deeper level. And best of all, she truly cared about the outcomes. We felt well-cared for in the hands of such a warm, approachable and professional person.

Tonda stuck with us the entire time. It was a harder process as we were selling our home after leaving the state. Tonda took care of everything that came up and then some. She was great at communicating and kept the process moving. We have bought and sold with Tonda twice now and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
