Aly always made sure I felt safe and comfortable at all of the places I looked at and then we would talk about what I liked and didn’t like about the property until I found my perfect place. Aly is so knowledgeable about the market and how to navigate putting in an offer and as a first time home buyer this was so helpful and she made the process not stressful. She would explain everything to me to make sure I understood it and helped me with every step along the way. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and treats them like family! Paul is amazing! He was very understanding of what our needs and wants were for our new home. He was quick to respond to questions and requests for information. Any time we wanted to view a home he made himself available on our time schedule which can be a little chaotic. He did a great job of helping us to understand the process and he was very honest about any flaws he saw or problems that he thought could arise. The next time we need any form of real estate help or advice Paul will definitely be the one that we contact.

As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
