Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant). He was very kind and always had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Once closing day came on the house, Jason was just as excited as we were and it felt like he was part of this family that was looking for this house. Once closed, Jason handed us the keys and congratulated us with open arms. I have no negative things to say about Jason, he is an amazing realtor and an even better man.

Jason was a hard worker from day one of working with me. As a first time homebuyer, I came in knowing very little about how the process works, but he was very communicative and explained every step of the process so I felt comfortable at every stage. He was also very good at helping me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. Jason helped me find the perfect home for me and I am very grateful for all of his hard work and his guidance. Jason is someone you can trust with assisting in this important decision. Thanks Jason!
