My fiancé and I found Leah by googling "best real estate agent in Columbus" and she definitely lived up to the title. Leah was attentive, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We were first time homebuyers and Leah gave us so much helpful advice about the market and homeownership. She helped point out things in a house that we wouldn't necessary have thought about - good or bad. When it came to putting in an offer, Leah helped us create a strong competitive offer that we both felt comfortable with. She gave us a lot of support throughout the entire process and as an extra, was very fun to work it. At the end of the day, the most important thing to us in a realtor was finding someone who we knew was looking out for our best interest and I can confidently say Leah was.

Buying a new house and selling our old 94 year old house felt daunting and scary, but as soon as we met Leah we felt at ease. She explained the process well and answered all our questions. We instantly knew we had found the perfect realtor for us! Finding our new home went much more smoothly and faster than expected. Following Leah’s plan for selling our house resulted in multiple offers above listing and a very quick sell. We could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Leah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Navigating first-time homeownership was an intimidating venture, especially in a highly competitive market. From day one, Leah was an incredible resource for my partner and I that made this new and overwhelming process much easier for us. She provided helpful answers to every question we had, and brought up topics we didn’t even know to ask about — everything from small observations to large points of conversation. Leah made herself available to us any time, any day, which was incredibly important given the competitive and time-sensitive market. She was friendly, knowledgable, reliable, and genuine. Thank you, Leah, for landing us in the first-home of our dreams!
