I’m writing this review to recommend Ms. Jennifer Coey, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Coey has helped me buy and sell several houses, including purchasing a house that had been foreclosed on and selling a long-time rental and an estate property. In each case, Ms. Coey used her years of experience to recommend a course of action to navigate the legal issues, decide on and facilitate any updates needed, and determine appropriate purchase and sales prices. Jennifer stood out with the extra effort and time she spent to efficiently and cost-effectively handle every issue. Her exceptional professionalism helped each transaction proceed smoothly and successfully. I’ve recommended Ms. Coey to friends and family, all of whom have been very pleased with her efforts to help them buy and sell homes. 

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

We met Lauren by accident and we are so grateful we did. She immediately felt like a friend and made finding us the right house as much of a priority for her as it was for us. We knew we weren’t her only clients but she sure made us feel like we were. She is easy to communicate with and is very responsive. She has great negotiation skills and we honestly don’t think we would have landed our dream home without her. We are forever grateful to her.

Shayne has expert knowledge of the Granville market and was able to identify the perfect home for our family of 6. He was very responsive throughout the whole buying process. He advocated for us when our inspection raised issues needing remediation, and he deftly worked with the listing agent to make sure all our concerns were properly addressed before closing.
