Very efficient and knowledgeable

Sheri walked us through the entire process of selling our house, from staging it to knowing which offer to take, and on to the close. We had multiple offers on our house within a few days, and she walked us through the unknowns of which was the best offer. Then when our buyer wanted things resulting from the inspection which would have been difficult to accomplish in the very short time-frame the buyer wanted, Sheri helped us find the licensed contractors to do the jobs. The entire process from start to finish was less than a month, and we couldn’t have begun to accomplish it all without Sheri’s expert and friendly help.

I originally purchase my house with Stephen and the process was smooth and easy, so when it came time to sell it I automatically went back to him for help. The sale process was just as smooth as the buying process had been. Stephen put the righ tprice on the home, advised me on how to make it show in the best ways possible, and was there for every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough.
