My experience with Pat Kearns-Davis was nothing short of amazing. I had never met her before, but was referred to her by a friend who also had an amazing real estate transaction with Pat. Pat gave me good and honest advice, she assisted me with getting my house ready for putting on the market, she followed through on every thing that she said she would/could do and more. I feel that she catered to my needs and although my property is a tiny starter home, I feel that Pat provided me with the same service as though it were a mansion. Kate is so knowledge and very helpful in the search for the right home. She is very responsive and so easy to communicate with.
