Over the past 10 years, Ms. Coey has helped me buy and sell several houses, including purchasing a house that had been foreclosed on and selling a long-time rental and an estate property. In each case, Ms. Coey used her years of experience to recommend a course of action to navigate the legal issues, decide on and facilitate any updates needed, and determine appropriate purchase and sales prices. Jennifer stood out with the extra effort and time she spent to efficiently and cost-effectively handle every issue. Her exceptional professionalism helped each transaction proceed smoothly and successfully. Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!

I actually began working with Robbin in 2009 when I contacted her for a market value on my home. She spent several hours with me, going over all the information and questions I had even though she knew I probably would not list that year and was considering selling without an agent. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.
