Jeff is great with his knowledge, responsiveness and candor. I know he can do his job in his sleep, so I feel confident in the information he was providing. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.
