Natalie helped me buy my first house. She would answer phone calls day or night. She would not hesitate to take me through dozens of houses, even many houses multiple times. Her team would quickly send me comps whenever asked. She was not afraid to negotiate hard on my behalf as a buyer. Would not use any realtor besides Natalie in the future.

We made several attempts to purchase a home over the course of 10+ year only to be out bid or priced out of the market. Ms. Stanton's patience and guidance during the process definitely made the experience less painful. Ms. Stanton listened to what we wanted, helped us become realistic in our expectations, and did not send us listings that did not match our needs. She respected our privacy and did not give our contact information to lenders. Instead, she provided us with a list of lenders and other people/companies that were integral to the home-buying process. Our search did not drag on for months with multiple house tours. We made an offer on the first home we toured; but the inspection results and seller's response caused us to withdraw the offer. We toured 3 additional houses before making an offer on the home we purchased. The process took 30 days and was so quick and seamless that we thought it was a fluke. After closing, she continued to provide assistance with the purchase by contacting the listing agent to get the information we needed about the property. Competent! Patient! Closer!

Saif and Hanan were great to work with for both me and my business partner. They kept the process smooth and straightforward—no issues, no unpleasant surprises. The property was purchased without a hitch, and we’re still working with them on the property management side. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agent.

Had an outstanding experience working with Saif as my real estate agent. As a first-time homebuyer, I was really nervous, but Saif was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, gave great advice, and kept everything on track. I highly recommend Saif Lateef to anyone looking to buy a home home

If you want an agent who does the work before the work begins, Saif is your person. From the moment we listed my home, it was clear this was not someone who throws a price at the wall and hopes for the best. He came prepared. Saif walked me through a detailed comparative market analysis, pulling comps from the area and explaining in plain language exactly why each one mattered to our pricing strategy. He did not just hand me a number; he showed me how he arrived at it, why it made sense for my specific property, and what would happen if we priced too high in a market that was already starting to shift toward buyers. That level of transparency gave me confidence going into the listing. The house did not sit. It moved. Where Saif truly separated himself was in the negotiation phase. Selling in a softening market means the buyer's agent has more leverage to work with, and Saif knew exactly how to navigate that without losing the deal or giving away more than necessary. He was strategic about what concessions to offer, firm on the things that mattered, and graceful in how he handled back-and-forth that could have easily derailed the transaction. At no point did I feel like we were scrambling or reacting. He always seemed one step ahead. What I appreciated most was that Saif treated this like it was his own home sale. He was thorough, communicative, and calm under pressure. The process of selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially when the market is not squarely in your favor but Saif made it feel manageable at every step. If you are looking for an agent who brings research, strategy, and sharp negotiation skills to the table, stop looking. Call Saif.
