Paula was extremely knowledgeable about the market, she gave great tips on how to best showcase our home for potential buyers, and was always available for us to reach out to when we had questions or wanted to review anything.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time working with Biljana! She has a vast knowledge of the area--which was extremely helpful as someone new to the Detroit area. She helped us identify things that were non-negotiable, but also kept us very open minded about the possibilities of each property we viewed. We found many properties we loved and ended up getting the first property we bid on! She kept us grounded throughout the process and really advocated for us. I never felt pressured by Biljana and felt that she genuinely was rooting for us and the best possible deal. Kim is wonderful to work with. She pays attention to details and understood quickly what our likes and dislikes were. She's sharp and answered all the questions we had about home buying. We started looking for a home in 2019 but didn't find anything that fit. We got discouraged and gave it a break. When we reached out to her in the summer of 2021, we were out looking at homes that next weekend. She stuck it out with us and we were grateful.
