Super thorough, professional, always on time, not afraid to tell you his opinion but also will listen to you. Honest about issues and helps you understand what is a big deal and what's not, what is a deal breaker or not. Wouldn't buy a house in the area with anyone else!

I couldn’t even tell you enough about how amazing Karen was. I had emailed her last minute, telling her I was trying to sell my house. In a matter of days, she was at my house with paperwork ready to get things moving. She kept me and my husband involved in every area. I couldn’t have had a better realtor than Karen Karty. Her husband was also just as wonderful.

Dawn was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions promptly and set up appointments with time to spare to meet deadlines. She handled the purchasing process with ease and was even able to keep me calm throughout, (not an easy task!!). My advice to anyone reading this review is to contact Dawn McGinn for a great real estate purchase/sale.
