In April I relocated down to Southern Pines from Ct Katie was my agent in the purchasing of my home in Talamore. I really wanted to live in Mid South and so I asked her to keep an eye out for a specific place within the Mid South Community. Katie kept me up to date when places became available and as luck would have it a townhome in the community came available. Katie immediately called me and scheduled a showing. I went to contract and as luck would have she had someone interested in buying my place. The buying and selling process can sometimes be stressful but Katie made it a very pleasant and seamless process. We were able to close on the sale and purchase in a months time !! Wow! is all I can say. Katie stepped in for a colleague on very short notice and was able to meet all my needs with my initial wants. Upon our first meeting she handed me a beautifully organized binder with her info, the listings we were going to loo at and other important info. I thought I was going to get a small condo on Pinehurst which is exactly what she showed me in my requested price range. While none met all my needs I happened to be driving by a golf community (Talamore) and saw beautiful brick homes. I texted Katie and in less than five minutes she was showing me the property I ultimately bought the home and at a lower price due to her great negotiation skills. During the entire process she kept me apprised of every aspect of the closing. I have purchased 15 homes in my lifetime due to many corporate job moves but I must say Katie always kept me calm and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Thank you Katie!!
