I have never seen someone who works as hard as Ashley. When I first met her, it was over the phone on a Friday, which is one of her busiest days. She didn't recognize my phone number because she has never seen me or has know me yet. But she answered. And she was very eager to help me find my home. I was honest with her right off the bat. My credit was bad. I made poor decisions in the past but I needed stepping stones to get there. So she sent me to a lender she trusted. Of course, I didn't get approved. But she didn't stop there. Ashley showed me a home anyway, knowing I needed work. Knowing that my credit was not in good standing. She did this because she wanted me to get excited. And I did. It was mind blown that a stranger actually cared. As I went through the process, she continued to show me houses. She would call me regularly to keep me on track to my goal of being a home owner. She sent different houses to look at and took the time to find out what I wanted in my first house. 5 months later, I reapplied and got pre-qualified. My wife and I don't have many days off together and our availability was slim. Ashley agreed to meet with us at approx. 7pm one night. I don't know any other realtor who would do that. She showed us three houses that night and that last one was THE HOUSE. We dropped an offer and Ashley kept us updated every step of the way. We are now home owners of that home. Ashley isn't only a great realtor, but she is a phenomenal human being who thrives on others goals and does whatever it takes to help them achieve them.
