I am 69 years old and in all my years of building, buying and selling homes I have never come across two professional in the real estate market such as Bailey Breen and Nolan Johnson. These two gentlemen go beyond what you would expect in a real estate agent. I first met Bailey and Nolan in November of 2023 when they stopped by our home and introduced themselves. I noticed right away their professionalism when they first approached me. The way they stepped back and didn’t try to overcrowd me made me feel respected and at ease. Secondly I was impressed by the knowledge they possessed in what the market was doing all around me. They were very informed. They told me then that they could show me a strategic plan that would sell my home. I remember thinking to myself that these guys were taught well. I told my wife later that afternoon that I have found a couple of guys I felt could easily sell our home. FYI, We had tried to sell our home a few times through other agents without any succes at all. I know it wasn’t the home that was the problem. The home was a beautiful 6000 sq ft custom built home on a golf course with a view and access of the lake. They dropped by to check in with me again a few more times (these guys were persistent) and in late March we signed a contracted with them to sell our home. Over the next few weeks we started to prepare the house to put on the market. As I said earlier these two had a very specific plan to sell our home and it was implemented and executed flawlessly. Not only were they instrumental in selling our home but also buying a new one. We were able to close on both homes the same day. Love it when a plan works!
