We had been working with Chad off and on over about a 2 year span, looking for a retirement home that met our needs. We had oriignally been planning to bbuild a log home on a piece of property we had purchased in Virginia, but had scapped that plan for a vaiety of reasons. But, a log home listing cam up that was interesting and Chad and his wife toured the home with us. Though this home didn't meet our needs, it re-ignited our interest in building a log home. I started looking for properties instead of a home, and found this one which we really liked. Chad helped us acquire additional information which helped us make the decision to move forward, and he guided us through the whole process, making it a very simple transaction for us.
