An absolute amazing realtor. He was dedicated to finding me the perfect home to move into. Even with the submissions of multiple offers on different homes and dealing with other agents. He kept me informed of everything during the entire process.

Part of a military family who was there for three years. Bought the house through the Chasity and her team. Got a surprise change in orders that had us move 5 months earlier than expected. After discussions the wife and I decided to sell the home and got in contact with Chasity. She came to our house to look at it and set expectations in terms of average time on the market, estimated sales price based on similar houses, and what the selling process would look like during a cross country move. She’s one that wants to make sure when she talks with and updates someone she has all facts in a row to allow for buyers and sellers the best place to make a decision. Really great experience overall!

We have gone with Chasity now 3 times in home buying/selling. I trust no one, however, with Chasity, I put all faith and trust into her. She is a bold realtor that is there for you. She makes good with her promises and can easily tell she has been doing this for years. Knows all of the ends and out. I would not recommend anyone other realtor than her. She found the perfect properties within our budget, has sold our houses at the cost we needed, and saved us money where she could or through networking could. The absolute best in the county that I have come across. Even if your considering another realtor, rent, buying/selling, talk with her first. You wont be disappointed like I have had with others.
