My husband, 4 kids and I moved to the Indian Trail area from Chester County, Pa. Greg was amazing. We made a visit in April to visit the area. Greg took us out, showed us different towns and a few homes just to get a idea. He kept in touch with us while our PA home was on the market and soon as it sold, he was ready for us to come back down to buy a home. He showed us 6 homes and we found the perfect home for us. Marshall was great at listening to what we needed and wanted in our new home. He kept us informed daily of new listings that met our list of wants. He is very familiar with Charlotte and the sub-cities and could direct us to the neighborhoods with amenities and good schools. We were moving from out of state and couldn’t be there in person. Marshall face timed with us as he walked through the houses allowing us to “see” the properties. He kept us informed every step of the way and made our purchase as seemless and easy as purchasing a home could be. We’d gladly use him again and would recommend him to others.
