Chelsea was very responsive by email and phone and was always able to meet with us in person at our convenience. We worked with Chelsea to purchase an investment property 1.5 hours drive away from our own home, so her knowledge of the area and connections with inspectors/contractors/attorneys was extremely helpful! She definitely made buying an investment property from a distance an easy and positive experience!

I was referred to Tracey by a friend, I contacted her about 6 months out from my expected move date, she immediately developed a timeline for viewing, prepping, posting and selling my home. Fast forward, Tracey came to see my home, had it photographed and on the market in 3 days. I even admit that sometimes I thought I knew the way to sell homes and I would float my ideas with her and she’d gracefully remind me that she’s been selling homes for a long time, so I trusted her and my home was under contract in 9 days! Tracey negotiated exactly what I wanted from the sell. She stay in constant communication throughout the entire process, and asked all the right questions, such as “is this home sell required to get your new home loan?” Something I hadn’t thought about. Trust Tracey to not only sell your home, but also just to take care of you. I could not be more pleased with my experience with her as my realtor. Trust Tracey!!!
