We were working with another agent and our sale fell through. Tim was referred to us through our broker and friend in California when this happened and he was amazing! He got us back on the market with a new marketing plan as soon as possible and we had multiple offers above asking price within a few days. When our closing date was delayed due to a small detail on the buyers side, Tim was in regular communication with us, the other broker and lender to make sure the deal would go through. We are very pleased with how Tim and Helen worked with us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a true professional that knows the ins and outs of the real estate process. Thank you!

Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely pro active, and helpful in the process of helping me find the right home. He is extremely patient, kind and thorough. He was always available and offered great feedback on the different properties we saw. He made special accomodations to show me a home he thought might be perfect for me. And indeed it is. Afterwards, Scott went beyond his responsibilities helping with the closing and my relocation from California to Georgia. I can't say enough positive of Scott!
