When we were looking for a condo on Lake Norman in North Carolina in 2019, we got in touch with Brian Fisher. He did a great job of showing us a number of condos on the lake and we settled on one at Admirals Quarters in Cornelius. When we decided to sell the condo we contacted Brian again. He advised us as to how best prepare the condo for selling. We had multiple offers to buy, and after a few weeks accepted one. During the due diligence period, there were some water leak issues and other repairs that came up and had to be addressed. We were not living in the condo and reside in Texas. Brian went above and beyond, insuring that the repairs were completed in a timely matter so that closing on the sale would be not delayed.
