Chris was an outstanding realtor. If we could rate greater than 5 stars, we would. We are extremely happy with his service. We began to look for a home to purchase in NC while living out of state. We contacted Chris, as he came highly recommended. Chris was timely and thorough with his communications with us and while he was very professional, he felt more like a trusted friend. Chris arranged live video tours with us according to our time difference needs. We learned so much by working with him through the process because of his exceptional market knowledge and ability to thoroughly analyze a property for potential issues. He was able to expertly point out red flags and guided us in looking for key indicators of a quality, long-term home. His goal was for us to have no regrets in our purchase. We appreciate his patience, kindness, and ongoing support. His negotiation skills came through as our offer was accepted .He was able to arrange a mail away closing for us as well as being flexible for the date of our long distance move to hand us the keys! We would like to mention Chris'assistant, Christine, as well as she, too, was very kind, helpful, and thorough with keeping us up to date with important information. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is seeking to navigate the purchasing or selling of a property in today's market. David and Melanie Morris

Beth was great to work with. Very professional. Beth and her team stayed on top of the sale and advised us every step of the way with showings, offers and all other scheduled events. In addition to Beth salesman Curtiss Pittman did a great job selling the home in a quick and timely manner and to our satisfaction. Special thanks to Amy for all her coordination efforts. Just a superb team and a great experience. We highly recommend Beth and her Re/Max Team for your real estate needs. Tim, Joyce (Katie) Narron
