Chris listed our home on. Friday and by 7 pm on Saturday we had 7 offers all above our asking price. We attribute this to Chris’ expertise in the business.

Being a military family, we are no strangers to the home-buying process and how much of a difference a good agent can make. Of the four home-buying transactions we have gone through, Lisa has been the most amazing agent we have worked with. She helped us from halfway across the country, and the house we went under contract on through FaceTime videos was even better than I could have hoped for when we finally walked through ourselves. She found a needle in a haystack for us and we couldn't be happier. Her knowledge of the home-buying process really shown through while we completed our walkthrough with the builder and her keen eye noticed things that needed to be fixed that we would not have picked up on. Not once did I have to ask her for updates on our home, she provided more than I was expecting, which was such a piece of mind being too far away to check on things myself. The home we had to sell was a rollercoaster of an experience, and Lisa was even helpful on that end, reaching out to the contacts she had in that area to share our home. She truly cares about her clients, and her actions speak louder than any words could. In a situation that can be so stressful, she made it an enjoyable experience. She is an outstanding realtor and an even better person. If you are on the hunt for an exceptional realtor, look no further, Lisa checks all the boxes!
