When it came to listing our home two hurricanes came through our area just after listing our home for sale followed by the wettest fall in history for our area. She was always upbeat and made gentle suggestions to improve the look of the house. Every step of the process Melissa kept us informed of the showing comments so we knew where to spend the money to get the biggest bang for our bucks. When we got two offers in the same week (and yes it's all because of Melissa's suggestions) she guided us in choosing the best one for us. In all honesty, I don't think there's a better choice when you're looking to buy or sell your home.
