In general I thought the experience was ok. At times I wished that there was a bit more fire/hunger in an attempt to sell the home. There should have been more of an engagement with the market and the needs of potential buyers. Moreover at times it seems as if the agent did not know what to do next. So I am very happy that the agent brought on other agents, Kim and Theresa who were godsend. They got it done in less than 3 weeks. The virtual tour was not enough, a video and social media was the key to reach people. But in the end I had to go with my gut after we received a low ball offer. I am glad I did.

I do not know what I would have done had I not been lucky enough to find Jay!! Earlier this year he helped me sell my house while I was living on the other side of the country. Not only did my absence make the situation difficult, but like many real estate transactions there were bumps along the way. He did an amazing job being the middle man and dealing with a stressful situation. This particular situation would have been a nightmare to deal with had I not had someone I could trust. Jay is extremely well versed in the real estate business particularly in the Asheville area. From what I know he was raised by his mother, a real estate agent and has lived in Asheville his whole life. You cannot go wrong working with him!! Thank you so much Jay!!!
