It seems real estate transactions—the contracts, the negotiations and even the marketing—have become more complicated. For that reason, and many more, we're glad we had Lisa Yoli of Absolutely Asheville in our corner. She guided us through the process with both professionalism and good humor. She kept us on track during the pre-sale (screening offers and home-staging advice) to the final contract and home inspection. We've worked with many realtors and know how important it is to have someone you can trust. Her integrity and reputation in Asheville speaks for itself. Plus, she's a lot of fun!

Lisa was diligent in working to make the closing happen as scheduled. And, she also made the process fun . I will also add that she kept her patience with me after my 5 years of “looking” for the right unit at Battery Park . She’s great!

Lisa was outstanding to work with and went over & beyond to be accommodating to our busy schedule! Great experience!
