Mary Kay was wonderful! She met with me on a Monday, made a few suggestions and gave me good information about what to list my home for based on the market. I decided to list with her on Wednesday night and emailed her. She called first thing Thursday morning and I asked her if she could have it listed on Friday. She got a photographer out on that day and listed the house on Friday!! I had a contract 6 days after listing!
