She was perfect in every way,, caring, helpful, knowable, always on task, and we would have been lost without her guidance and expertise. She was very genuine.

Thanks Lyn, - You represented me very well! - Harris F. Allen

Good communication very professional

Looking for a home from out of state is extremely challenging, but Susan made the effort to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations on what neighborhoods to focus our search and what homes were excellent values. She communicated with us regularly before our visit to coordinate viewings and provided a comprehensive analysis of the market in each neighborhood, helping us eliminate homes efficiently. Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys. Susan is an extremely personable and professional realtor and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She will handle our future real estate needs when we are ready to downsize.

I have dealt with Tatiana and her husband on a few occasions and have found them to be honest and hardworking agents who fight for their clients interests. They are ethical and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
