We were moving from out of state, and had budgeted just 4 days to look at multiple properties. Jeremy became our main agent, taking us across two states. On day 2 he noticed a new listing in a town we'd never mentioned, but he brought it up. It checked all the boxes, and we put an offer in that afternoon! Our trip was trimmed because of his diligence and hard work! But that wasn't all. After our offer was accepted, he kept on working. And working. And working. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy. Even after we moved in, we called him about another potential business property, and he showed up to give us the complete run through, along with some incredibly valuable information about the properties and valuations in the area.
