I do not know what I would have done had I not been lucky enough to find Jay!! Earlier this year he helped me sell my house while I was living on the other side of the country. Not only did my absence make the situation difficult, but like many real estate transactions there were bumps along the way. He did an amazing job being the middle man and dealing with a stressful situation. This particular situation would have been a nightmare to deal with had I not had someone I could trust. Jay is extremely well versed in the real estate business particularly in the Asheville area. Mary Kay was wonderful! She met with me on a Monday, made a few suggestions and gave me good information about what to list my home for based on the market. I decided to list with her on Wednesday night and emailed her. She called first thing Thursday morning and I asked her if she could have it listed on Friday. She got a photographer out on that day and listed the house on Friday!! I had a contract 6 days after listing! She handled everything for me and had excellent communications with me and the buyers realtor through everything. I would highly recommend her!
