In general I thought the experience was ok. At times I wished that there was a bit more fire/hunger in an attempt to sell the home. There should have been more of an engagement with the market and the needs of potential buyers. Moreover at times it seems as if the agent did not know what to do next. So I am very happy that the agent brought on other agents, Kim and Theresa who were godsend. They got it done in less than 3 weeks. The virtual tour was not enough, a video and social media was the key to reach people. But in the end I had to go with my gut after we received a low ball offer. I am glad I did.

We could not have hand chosen a better fit for us than Grant. We cannot say enough great things about him. He was there with an answer to every question we had and was very thorough in walking us through the myriad of paperwork involved in purchasing property. He even was patient as we walked the property several times listening as we talked about ideas. It truly was a wonderful experience and he will be our go to realtor for any future needs we have.
