Our realtor, Josh Bunton, was incredible—attentive to our budget, wants, and needs from day one. Josh fought hard to get us the best price and guided us through every detail of the home and paperwork. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and worked hard to get us a quick closing. Every question was answered with patience and expertise. We would definitely use him again, for selling or buying. Truly outstanding service!”

Kay Loftin is the total package in a realtor. She comes with knowledge, experience, savvy and a level of competence that only comes from years of invested experience. Her ability to navigate discussions about the purchase of my home, both with the seller, my mortgage lender, the attorney office and with myself always came timely and with professional finesse. Whether purchasing your first home or your next home, I highly recommend Kay Loftin as your Agent. You cannot get any better and also save yourself unnecessary stress, anxiety or uncertainty.

Friendly,professional & knows her stuff!

Word can never express how thankful/amazing Steven is! He has helped sell two of our houses plus purchases 2 houses and land. I truly cannot put his dedication to his clients into words! Steven is absolutely an amazing realtor wither you are buying or selling! I honestly have never met anyone more dedicated to cherishing their clients wants/needs, wither its selling or buying a home. The connection we have made with Steven is absolutely amazing; I have never met someone who cared more about what the client wanted over what the realtor wanted. No matter what, going forward, Steven will be our go to realtor!! Absolutely amazing and extremely gifted at his profession!
