Preceding our move to NC, we needed to sell our investment property, and roll the funds into a new rental. Sara was able to guide us into the most desirable areas, and helped us navigate the many choices available. She was also familiar with the 1031 Starker Exchange rules, and tight timeline required, and worked with us closely to insure we were able to make it happen. I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in.
