Preceding our move to NC, we needed to sell our investment property, and roll the funds into a new rental. Sara was able to guide us into the most desirable areas, and helped us navigate the many choices available. I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time.
