Selling a house can be an overwhelming and stressful experience. Rita did a great job to make sure the process was a smooth and efficient as possible. Even though this is a "seller's market", I strongly feel that the whole process went much smoother and quicker than if I would have used a different realtor. I have worked with other realtors that use a “shotgun” approach and just offer up properties based on stats (3 bedroom, etc). This wastes everyone's time. I give Rita much credit for taking the time to really understand the unique features of the property in order to find the right buyers. She knows the area very well and is well connected, so that she was able to quickly address any issues or questions that came up during the process. I plan to use her for future real estate transactions.
