Casey did an excellent job with selling a home that we had inherited. It was unfortunately not taken care of as rental property under our executors care. She got us the individuals that we needed and helped navigate the process along the way. She even helped with some of the deflecting of some unnecessary family input that all families experience when selling an heirloom. The buyer we had as well was a little tough but Casey didn't back down when meaningless demands were made.

Lynne was very communicative and engaged from the start of the process all the way through. She was very thorough when asking questions about our lifestyle, what were things we liked or didn't like about our current living situation, what we were looking for in our new home, and so on. She also took the time to tell us about herself, and it made the conversation feel more personal, rather than making it feel like it was just a business transaction. It felt like she was looking out for our best interests when finding a home. She told us a lot about the area and all the activities, entertainment, and restaurants that were around. During the actual negotiation process, she was very patient and honest with us and helped us get to a number we were all comfortable with. She was very quick to answer any questions we had, and helped ease our mind about any doubts we may have had during the process. I would definitely work with Lynne again in the future and recommend her to anyone. She was absolutely fantastic to work with!
