Embarking on this process as first time home buyers in today's market can be very intimidating. However, Kyle Bender and the Scarlett Property Group were like a light within the storm. They provided so much support, patience, skill, knowledge, and confidence. Simply put, they were integral to one of the biggest milestones in our life. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Kyle and Team!!! Much love and gratitude.

Rob Taylor and Associates were extremely helpful with our search for a new home. Rob was available anytime we wanted to see a new home and did much research with our parameters to help us find something we would love. We liked Rob and his team so much we partnered up with them again to sell some land we owned. Thank you very much for all you did!

We sold our mountain property, undevelped land a year after listing with Denise, which I consider good considering the market. My husband's cousin referred us to Denise. When offers came in we were immediately notified. Denise knows the area well as she lives close by to the property we were selling. We appreciated her attention to detail and negotiations with the buyer for a fair price.
