Ms. Swann simply did an outstanding job in investigating market comparibles, having the home photographed and setting up the M.L.S. listing. She was also very patient with me with regard to pricing my mother's home. I guess most folks think their property is worth more than is it as did I, but in spite of that, Ms. Swann explained market conditions and why we needed to ask what we did for the home. She followed this "sale" from A to Z and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Frankly, I would never use another realtor!

Nara Gregg has helped me in the whole process of buying the house from very beginning through the end.
