I have worked with Lisa Coleman for almost ten years as I acquired a number of investment properties. Lisa is awesome! You could not do better than to have here working with you and for you. She knows the markets, knows the areas, is able to help with maintenance recommendations, and as we have begun to sell those properties we acquired years ago, she is just as knowledgeable and adept on the selling side as on the buying side. When I decide to re-enter the housing market, she will definitely be my first call.

Josh guided us through the process of selling our piece of land. He answered all of our questions when we had them. Made sure we were always in the loop when it came to the attorney's office. We will definitely be using him every transaction.

CORRECTION: We were the buyers of the property, NOT the sellers…Review site is incorrect. Lori and her assistant Jennifer are very pleasant and were available to help us find a house in our budget in Sneads Ferry. Unfortunately, they had to navigate with an agent whose client (the owner of the house) and the renters who were occupying the house who were not very accommodating regarding showing dates and other scheduling items. But, Lori was able to negotiate the price down from the asking price, and handled arranging everything required with a real estate sale…upfront money, inspections, etc.
