Buyer of 206 Wingspread Lane, Beulaville
Tim Giffin was recommended to me by a friend so I gave him a phone call (1 of probably 100) and he immediately engaged himself towards the goals my wife and I had for our first home. Buying a home can be very stressful especially if you’re unsure about how everything works. Tim did an amazing job answering all of the questions we had as well as providing us with additional information. He shows his experience in this field through his hard work and knowledge. It is very apparent that he is passionate about his job and truly cares about his clients. If you want someone who will be HONEST and truly has YOUR best interest at heart I highly recommend you give Tim a phone call.

Buyer of 607 Hicks Court, Sneads Ferry
My husband and I just recently made our final move from Savannah GA to Sneads Ferry NC. When we were looking for a realtor, we called a couple and just got voicemails. Then we called Wanda, and here she came with enthusiasm, professionalism and kindness. We purchased a new construction home and she went the extra mile and attended each meeting and home inspection with my husband and I. During this transition, Wanda became not only our Realtor but someone we now call a friend. If you are looking to make a move, I definitely 10/10 recommend Wanda Martin Davis. You will be grateful to have found someone as kind, knowledgeable and responsive to your housing needs!
Seller of Lot 5/145 Riley Lewis Road, Sneads Ferry
Her knowledge about the market and about my property was excellent! Wanda communicated both very well to me and she was very professional in doing so.
Buyer of 186 Pine Hollow Rd, Holly Ridge
I enjoyed working with Wanda. Her expertise and knowledge was top of the line. She always made me feel comfortable with her explanation of any questions I may of had. She was available to take my calls or text messages in a timely manner and walked me through the entire process. The closing with off without a "hitch". Her personality was a definite plus. Such a positive process for me. I would definitely recommend Wanda Martin Davis for your real-estate needs.

Linda is amazing. AMAZING is the best way to describe her. But if I must, I would say Linda is professional, honest, and genuine. Her deep-rooted connections in Onslow county, and the surrounding area, allow her to provide holistic services and support for your real estate needs. I have bought a house, rented the same house, then sold the same house with Linda. I ended up purchasing a second home with Linda. She has earned my business and loyalty. She is the right way to go.
