During negotiations once under contract, Beth continued to make herself available and gave us valuable insight as to what we needed to ask for so we could get the best deal possible. Even after we closed, there was still a repair pending which had already been paid for by the seller and Beth continued to follow up and make sure those repairs were complete. Again, we cannot say enough about Beth, her knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. She was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend her services.
