Because I was out of the state and couldn't see the house, she made a video of the outside and inside of the house, pointing out many positive features of the house. She took time to video the area including showing me the pool and the park. She videoed every detail of the home. It was like I was walking through the house myself. This was so important to me because I was purchasing a house without seeing it, something I thought I would never do. Robert is hands down the best realtor you could ask for!! 10/10!! What we liked most about him was that even though he was busy with other clients he always made you feel as if you were his ONLY client. As stressed as we were and as many questions we asked, he always replied back very quickly. We lived in another state so we had to FaceTime tour the homes and seriously every single time I texted about liking a home he was practically driving there immediately to go show me! This market was extremely challenging and at times felt hopeless and every step of the way he was so supportive and aways communicated and explained things so easily for us as new home buyers. We are grateful for him. I have a toddler and during the final walkthrough Robert entertained him the ENTIRE time for us all while making sure everything was good to go with the house and all my questions and concerns were met! It was pouring outside and he even ran to his truck and gave me his umbrella so I could focus on the exterior walkthrough. At closing he came and entertained my son there so we could focus on the documents we were signing. I just cannot say enough great things!! Highly highly recommend!!!
