Jerry's knowledge of the market and areas that we were looking in was very helpful, Jerry found us the house of our dreams for the budget we were looking for. Jerry went out of his way to help us move from Pennsylvania to a rental in NC and thru the process of buying our forever home. We highly recommend him.

example was in the beginning of the buying progress. she advised me to consider , how long property has been listed on market ie, Zillow.

After providing Tara multiple homes that we were interested in, she did everything she could to give us all of the information on every property. She went as far as taking videos of a few of them to ensure we knew what the properties had to offer. Additionally, she was very patient and understanding when we decided on one property, only to change course and go with another one. Tara is definitely there to help in any way she can and goes the extra mile to ensure you get everything you need.
