Kim is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to knowledge, communication, and professionalism. She will always be my first call when I need a realtor.

Kim was very helpful with the purchase of lot on the beach

I’m a single homebuyer and Kim handled the legwork without ever letting me feel like I was being taken advantage of, that I was so scared of! Kim stayed persistent on tuning in with what I wanted to be included with my next home and we found it without any hiccups at all! I work hard with a very tough schedule and she worked around it. I did not miss one day of work and also found the perfect home that met my kids and mines criteria. I thought I found a perfect home to begin with and I backed out last minute and i never heard nothing else about it, we moved onto the next!! Kim has very good relationships with many realtors and got my closing cost to zero dollars!! You can trust this woman with your future investments, she’s local and knows the area in and out. My family and I thank you… HIGHLY RECOMMEND …

Debi did an amazing job with our home buying experience. I’ll admit we were difficult customers due to time constraints but she rolled with it, remained positive, and reduced the stress throughout the process. Debi was recommended to us by a friend and we recommend her to you. She crushed it!

Debi was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the area and walked us through different scenarios based on current comps. The preparation for showing and the sale of the property went flawlessly. All her doing. She was fabulous!

So patient and always keeps you informed.
