My wife and I began searching online for our next home for several months and became easily frustrated with trying to find a home that had specific things that we wanted. We didn’t want the “cookie cutter” designs or the subdivision life-style (as we had done that several times before). We were looking for something unique, peaceful, but without breaking the bank. We also didn’t mind having to do some upgrades or get our hands a little dirty with projects if we could find a house that had what we were looking for. We were referred to Beth Donnelly by a close friend and after our first meeting to discuss our interests and what we were hoping to find, she immediately got to work. Beth was also ready and willing to accommodate our busy and sometimes unpredictable schedules. What we loved was that she didn’t try to show us homes that didn’t meet our interests or desires. Another thing we loved about Beth was she didn’t hesitate to point out imperfections or issues she found during showings, and it was clear she was doing everything she could to have our best interests at heart. Beth was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and she was able to determine when a house was way overpriced before even pulling comparisons. During negotiations once under contract, Beth continued to make herself available and gave us valuable insight as to what we needed to ask for so we could get the best deal possible. Even after we closed, there was still a repair pending which had already been paid for by the seller and Beth continued to follow up and make sure those repairs were complete. Again, we cannot say enough about Beth, her knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. She was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend her services.
