Brittany was great with responding with questions I had throughout the loan process. She was also very good with relaying information from the seller agent to me . Only thing is she didn’t mention anything about mold being present throughout the whole house on the hard wood floors during the first walk through of the house. Which is extremely important because mold is a big health issue. Wasn’t aware of the mold issues on the floor until the home inspection was done, which would have been great to know before I put an offer into the house.
