Brittany was great with responding with questions I had throughout the loan process. She was also very good with relaying information from the seller agent to me . Only thing is she didn’t mention anything about mold being present throughout the whole house on the hard wood floors during the first walk through of the house. Which is extremely important because mold is a big health issue. Wasn’t aware of the mold issues on the floor until the home inspection was done, which would have been great to know before I put an offer into the house. As I feel I paid too much for what I did with all the money im having to put into the house now. Communication with mold being present that could be seen with your eyes and not in an inspection report is definitely something to mention when doing a walk through. Maybe if I was physically present she would have said something or I could have caught it myself but since everything was virtual due to me being out of state. I feel like she felt like it was something she could possibly get away with not mentioning during the first walkthrough but other than that she was extremely helpful with relaying information between sellers agent and I.
